Last year, I got up to 185 (I'm 5'10"), and could do 295 on bench press 4 times. However...now, a year later, I just started back up (college and beer), and I only weight 160 lbs lol and can only do 200 lbs ONCE. Ah...the joys of college :( All well..haha. Oh and I also have one of those freaky friends like you. He's a buddy of mine in Kauai who is about 5'5"(short dude), but he squats I believe 400 even more than 20 times and is not fat at all. he is just sick! He also only weighs like 150lbs, but at 5'5" 150 lbs of muscle is pretty damn big.
